Time to Write… Get paper and a pen or something. Start writing every odd thing popping into your head. Jot down a phrase or keyword and get all the distracting crap out of your head… This may take a few minutes. Drink a glass of water. I said, ‘Water!’
Now write some more.
When you notice a calming in how you feel and you see your handwriting shift to prettier, you are in the zone! Yah! Don’t stop to celebrate; keep writing! Write and write and write…
Because this is where you dreams live until you know what they are.
